Windmill VEX IQ Robotics teams have been invited to compete at the VEX Worlds!
BIG NEWS ALERT!
We are thrilled to announce that Coral Academy Windmill VEX IQ Robotics and Falcon Force 7833A, and Falcon Fury 7833B teams have been invited to compete at the VEX Worlds in Dallas, TX!
Out of the 3651 middle school teams around the world, our teams have been selected as two of the 674 teams that will be competing at this global event from April 30th to May 2nd.
But wait, there's more!
Our first-year team Falcon Fury has exceeded all expectations and has made impressive growth in its first season. They have won both the Excellence Award and the Teamwork Champion at O'Callaghan VEX IQ Slapshot Event.
Both teams have also qualified for the Nevada State tournament, which featured 60 of the state's 87 teams this season.
We couldn't be more proud of our students! They are made up of eight boys and eight girls, representing all three grade levels at our campus.
We want to extend special thanks to Coach Harper and Coach Mary for their outstanding leadership and dedication.
