Coral Academy of Science Sandy Ridge is one of the most diverse schools in the Henderson area. Our Spanish teacher, Ms. Ana Belen, has been featured in a segment at Telemundo (Spanish TV Station) as she highlighted the contributions of the Latino African-American culture to our society in celebration of Black History Month in an effort to bring awareness of their positive influences. Ms. Belen continues to incorporate the contributions of other cultures into her classes as we move to the month of March and celebrate International Women’s Month.
