We are proud to announce that students from #CoralAcademy #Windmill competed in the Mathleague.org Nevada State Competition held at Sandy Ridge on May, 7. Only the top students from previous qualifying rounds were invited to compete in the competition.
The results of the state final by grade level were as follows:
State Placers in Division 5:
Dhanishreeba R. - 13th,
Moica T.- 12th,
Javenn D.- 11th,
Drake L.- 10th,
Aiden L- 9th,
Kiaan S- 8th,
Emma K-7th ,
Ethan T.- 3rd (9th Place out of all grade levels).
State Placers in Division 6:
Rithik G. - 11th,
Lentaro T.- 7th (11th Place out of all grade levels),
Dhruv S.- 3rd (3rd Place out of all grade levels),
Vidyuth N.- 1st (1st Place overall state winner).
The CASLV Windmill Team scored 1st Place as a team in the Division 6 Sweepstakes Round.
Ethan T., Vidyuth N., Dhruv S., and Lentaro T. also now qualify to compete in the National Tournament in June. Congratulations to all of our mathletes, and good luck at nationals to those who have qualified.
