Sandy Ridge students have soared to the ranks of Semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program!

A Triumph in Academics!

 

We're happy to announce a remarkable achievement by six of our extraordinary students here at CASLV Sandy Ridge! Please join us in celebrating Isaac D., Tyler F., Ryder G., Avner M., John M., and Joseph S. 

 

These talented individuals have soared to the ranks of Semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program, where they are now part of an elite group of 16,000 Semifinalists out of a staggering 1,300,000 entrants! Being a semifinalist means you are among the 1% in your State! Our entire community deserves praise for this achievement because most of these amazing students have been at Coral since either elementary or middle school!

 

To secure their spot as Finalists and compete for coveted National Merit Scholarships, our students will take part in the next stage of the competition.

 

About 95 percent of Semifinalists are anticipated to reach the Finalist stage, and approximately half of the Finalists will emerge as National Merit Scholarship recipients, earning the prestigious Merit Scholar title.

 

At CASLV Sandy Ridge, we couldn't be prouder of our students' remarkable accomplishments.
